Problem :

Lewis came to Refunnel looking for an experienced automation consultant to streamline the lead nurturing, sales and onboarding process for his growing advertising agency to reduce repetitive workflows within each stage of his client
journey reducing his workload and allowing him to spend more time on generating more sales for him and his clients.

Solution :

Refunnel was able to create an entirely streamlined sales
process with tailored automations being deployed at each
stage of the process including automated follow up with leads
who miss a meeting as well as create an improved process for
collecting client brief information and brand assets which are
used for the creation of his clients marketing campaigns.
They also deployed multiple filters and paths within their
automations to prevent errors arising from data-entry errors
by their clients during the onboarding process.
